0.5 Our services/payments
0.5.1 We are Vehicle Text Limited ("Vehicle Text") ("We") ("the Provider").
0.5.2 In consideration for your payment of the prescribed charge(s) as detailed under "Our Charges" elsewhere in the website, Vehicle Text will advertise for sale on this website the vehicle(s) as specified in your text message(s) to Vehicle Text.
0.5.3 For each cleared payment received before 12pm in accordance with our charges, Vehicle Text will advertise the details received from you for a period of 2 calendar weeks beginning on the day of payment (or the next week day if payment is received on a weekend), in accordance with these terms.
0.5.4 Before you send us any vehicle details or payment or use this website, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions below. By submitting any material to Vehicle Text, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
0.5.5 If you fail at any time to pay any subscription charges due in accordance with these terms and conditions we may, in our discretion and without prejudice to our other rights, deny you access to those areas of our site which are exclusively available to our customers/subscribers. We need not provide you with advance notice in such circumstances.
0.5.6 We may terminate your subscription immediately if you are in material breach of any of these terms and conditions and in particular upon any failure by you to pay your subscription charge in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may terminate your subscription at any time on 30 days notice to us.
0.5.7 Any rights that have accrued to either party at the date of termination will remain enforceable after termination.
